Yes, delivery and pickup are available for both party and equipment rentals for an additional fee. Pricing varies by service area.
Yes, customer pickup is available from our Canton location on Saturday mornings between 7:00–8:00 AM, with returns due Monday morning between 7:00–8:00 AM. Customer pickup orders must be placed by calling our office at 800-924-8440, as this option is not available through online booking. We do our best to accommodate individual scheduling needs whenever possible, but these are our preferred pickup and return times.
As early as possible, especially during graduation season, to make sure your preferred date and items are available.
Equipment rentals are priced by the day, with multi-day rentals available. Party items are charged at a one-day rate for the entire weekend, with Friday or Saturday orders typically picked up on Monday at no additional charge. This weekend policy is weather permitting. If rain or other unsafe conditions are expected, we will pick everything up after your event ends.
If bad weather is expected, we’ll work with you to determine the best course of action for your rental. If you choose to cancel due to weather, there is no additional cancellation fee as long as we receive at least 24 hours’ notice before your event or project.
All online orders require a $20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Please do not pay in full. The remaining balance is collected at delivery and may be paid by cash, check, or card.
